Terms of Sale

1. What you're buying

• Album of Flavors is a digital cookbook delivered as a PDF.
• PDF package: the cookbook in the language you choose.
• PDF + Telegram community package (Russian edition): the cookbook plus access to a private Telegram community with other cookbook owners and feedback from me.
• Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country.

2. Payment

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the seller of record and handles taxes, receipts, and payment security. Dodo Payments' own terms also apply to the payment.

3. Delivery

• After payment, you'll receive an email with a personal link to read and download the book. Delivery is usually instant.
• If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder or request the link again on the site. If that doesn't help, contact me.
• Gifts: the book is sent to the recipient's email address you enter, and the buyer receives a confirmation.

4. Your license

• The cookbook, including its text, recipes, and photos, belongs to Sasha Moykina and is protected by copyright.
• You receive a personal, non-transferable license to read the book and keep a copy for your own use.
• You're welcome to bake from the recipes — that's what they're for. But you may not share, forward, resell, publish, or distribute the book, your personal link, or parts of it (including text and photos) without my written permission.
• If these rules are broken, I may cancel access to the book.

5. No refunds

The cookbook is a digital product delivered immediately after payment, so all sales are final and purchases can't be refunded. By completing your purchase, you agree to receive the book immediately and acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel the purchase once delivery has started.

If the file doesn't open or you never receive it, contact me and I'll fix the problem or send the book again.

6. Telegram community

• Access is through the link in your purchase email. I approve each join request personally.
• Be respectful. No spam, advertising, or sharing of the book or other members' content.
• I may remove anyone who breaks these rules. Removal doesn't come with a refund, and the book remains yours.
• I may change how the community is run over time.

7. Using the site

Please don't try to disrupt the site, access anything that isn't yours, or copy its content with automated tools.

8. Changes to the book and site

I may update the cookbook, the site, or prices at any time. Changes to prices don't affect purchases already made.

9. Liability

The cookbook and the site are provided as they are. Baking results depend on ingredients, equipment, and technique, so I can't guarantee specific results. Please check every recipe's ingredients for allergies.

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the cookbook.

10. Links to other sites

The site links to services such as Telegram, Instagram, and Dodo Payments. I'm not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you made your purchase apply to that purchase.
